SHIPPING METHODS

At Latimer we aim to deliver all orders placed before 1pm GMT on the day of the order, Monday to Friday, with the extreme majority of UK mainland deliveries arriving within 1 working day. We do, however, ask you allow up to 10 working days in the event of external factors. If for any reason we expect there will be a delay of more than 10 working days we will contact you. International orders should be delivered within 5 working days but please allow 15 working days in the event of exteral factors. If for any reason we expect there will be a delay of more than 15 working we will contact you. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery. All orders as sent via Royal Mail.
