All Latimer products arrive carefully packed and come with a Latimer dust bag.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards.All transactions on this website are processed using paypal payments pro, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

SHIPPING METHODS

At Latimer we aim to deliver all orders placed before 1pm GMT on the day of the order, Monday to Friday, with the extreme majority of UK mainland deliveries arriving within 1 working day. We do, however, ask you allow up to 10 working days in the event of exteral factors. If for any reason we expect there will be a delay of more than 10 working days we will contact you. International orders should be delivered within 5 working days but please allow 15 working days in the event of exteral factors. If for any reason we expect there will be a delay of more than 15 working we will contact you. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery. All orders as sent via Royal Mail.

INSURANCE AND LOST GOODS

Latimer insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. All Latimer goods remain the responsibility of Latimer until delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been made in full. If goods are lost on the way to you Latimer will ensure a replacement is sent to you. If you suspect goods have been lost please contact Latimer at info@latimerbags.com. If goods arrived damaged, please contact Latimer at info@latimerbags.com as soon as posible.

RETURNS

If, for any reason you wish to return or exchange your product please email us at href="mailto:returns@latimerbags.com">returns@latimerbags.com for details of our return address. We ask that any goods that you wish to return be returned to Latimer within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition and within its original packaging and all labels still entact. Once we have received the item we will issue you a full refund via your original payment method. Shipping fees for any return are at the customers expense.
